Rotary Club Donate to Moadieh Center

The Rotary Club of Beirut Cosmopolitan donated lumber to Schneller institute, who in turn furnished Moadieh Evangelical Center third floor resident rooms with beds, bedside tables and closets. The hand in ceremony was held on June 8 in the presence of the deputy district governor of The Rotary, Rev George Haddad From Schneller Institute, Rev. Maamarbashi  and Moadieh Board members.

Musical Event at Moadieh Center

Moadieh residents, family and friends enjoyed a superb musical evening on Saturday June 1^st!  Ms. Mimi Hamam, a former student of composer Boghos Gelalian of Beirut Conservatoire of Music , played marvelous music on the piano and Ms. Lala  Karametlian, soprano soloist from Yerevan Conservatoire of Music who gave several concerts with Yerevan Chamber Music Orchestra and the Jazz Philharmonic Orchestra of Yerevan sang and delighted the audience with her amazing voice.

Morning Fellowship at Moadieh Center

Yad al Musaadeh organized its second fund raising brunch at Moadieh Evangelical Center on May 25th. The scent of freshly picked gardenia flowers, jokes and laughter filled the place while everyone enjoyed a cup of coffee . The proceeds from this monthly event collects to help Moadieh and its residents, when needed.

Yad al musaadeh members, friends and visitors are always welcome!

Spring Time at Moadieh

Moadieh residents welcomed the warm weather with a Barbecue Lunch Party held in the garden. Healthy grilled food was offered with tasty Lebanese delicacies. Toasts were raised!

Egg Coloring at Moadieh

In this blessed season of Eastertide, joyful activity took place in Moadieh Center. A group of the Church ladies where warmly welcomed at Moadieh when they came with the eggs, the tools, the gloves and the egg coloring!!! With the residents they gathered around, filling  the room with love and laughter and colored beautiful eggs to be shared on Easter Sunday for breakfast.

Mother's Day at Moadieh Center

Mother’s Day was celebrated at Moadieh to express gratitude appreciation and love to all moms.  Residents, family and friends gathered around and conveyed greetings to all mothers.

Christmas Celebrations at Moadieh Center

Surrounded with wonderful Christmas decoration and ornaments, Moadieh Evangelical Center celebrated its first Christmas with its residents. They reflected on the reason for the season by hosting a Bible study led by Rev. Suheil Saoud along with the church’s ladies group. Ms. Lydia Sabra played on the piano the most popular Christmas hymns and carols, while residents and staff sang along.

'Helping Hand' Lunch at Moadieh Center

On October 12, 2012, 'Helping Hand' Society organized a lunch at Moadieh Evangelical Center in Ras Beirut. The event was hosted by the Center and enjoyed by the participants.

Dedication and Inauguration of Moadieh Center

On October 27, 2012 the pastor of The National Evangelical Church of Beirut, Rev. Dr. Habib Badr, the Rev. Dr. Salim Sahyuni, MP Bassem Chab, donors and general public gathered together for the inauguration of the new Moadieh Evangelical Center for elderly people.
